Review on 🔌 TECKNET HDMI Splitter 1 in 2 Out - 4K/3D/1080P Bidirectional Switcher for HDTV, Blu-Ray Player, DVD, DVR by Todd Phillips

Purchased so I can disconnect the line from my PlayStation 4 to connect to my TV and PC monitor. Now I can switch between TV and monitor when my wife wants to watch TV in the living room. The only thing I couldn't fix (and I don't think I can do anything about it) is that when my wife is at the PC and I turn on the Playstation, she takes over the monitor and switches to the Playstation and doesn't matter he has switched to the monitor or not. It's not good if she works from home and in her office she logs into her system and has to log out and log in again. She complains, don't blame her, sometimes I forget to turn it off and of course it's usually a "crisp moment". I'm pretty sure it has something to do with the HDMI-CEC settings and so far I haven't found any workaround other than having to disable the line to the monitor to prevent this. I'm not sure why it can't prevent the signal from hitting the monitor even with the switch in the TV position. This is really the only downside and there may be settings that can fix this, although I can't find them on my PS4 or TV.
