This company got back to me and was very nice and nice in everything. We have several messages between us. Your customer service is incredible. I like the concept but the pieces are not the same size and not even. They don't stack on top of each other even when I follow the directions. When I first solved the puzzle I didn't know there was only one solution so I was a little upset after reading the instructions and seeing the only solution. I read some other reviews and some people got a jigsaw puzzle with pieces that lay flat on top of each other and are the same size. If mine match, I would give them another star.
