I ordered a jersey and asked them to change the name on the back. They responded quickly and assured me they would change the name. When the jersey arrived, the name of the player and hockey team were on the wrong sides of the jersey. I emailed them letting them know the name and team name were on the wrong sides of the jersey, they promptly responded with apologies, letting me know they would send a new corrected jersey. I was also expecting the customizations to be embroidered onto the jersey, it was not. I like the jersey, but wish it was embroidered instead of an iron on print.
