This is an amazing device

I live in Houston, Texas and installing water heaters in the attic of houses is a common occurrence here. I found it odd as I was concerned that water would leak through the ceiling if the tank broke, but I think it makes sense because the high temperature of the attic helps heat the water and save on heating bills in the summer. And here in Houston, it's pretty warm all year round. I built this device below and tested it according to the instructions. He was alerted when he came into contact with water. I then took it to the attic and placed the sensor in the water heater bowl and plugged the remaining parts into the attic socket. As soon as I did this, my phone notified me that it was reconnecting. In fact, I found that I have two water heaters in the attic and two separate water pans. So I ordered a second D-Link sensor unit that costs $29.99. You can add it up to 16 in total. I would highly recommend it to any household. This will alert me when my water heater starts leaking, which is always the first sign your water heaters are failing. I highly recommend this water sensor from D-Link. Super easy to install and very user friendly. Five stars!
