Purchased this hardware with 8' rod and two doors to be a ceiling-to-floor room divider. It was expensive but was the best solution for my application. Really good quality stainless mechanism makes operating the doors very smooth. Overall very modern appearance which contrasts well with the distressed wood-and-tin doors. I had to cut a few inches off each end of the rod to fit the opening and it was pretty difficult to cut and smooth the edges. The kit included all parts except the floor pieces for the second door. It was about a week before these arrived after I notified the company. We have received a lot of compliments on the doors and mechanism.
