The instructions are absolutely horrid! Then the bar and the brackets aren't in line so we had to improvise on the install. Not worth the headache or the money. We finally got it installed to find out that the instructions make the door hang to far back. Now we are in the process of taking it down and moving it forward. We will make it work but this is a relationship killer!

Purchased this hardware with 8' rod and two doors to be a ceiling-to-floor room divider. It was expensive but was the best solution for my application. Really good quality stainless mechanism makes operating the doors very smooth. Overall very modern appearance which contrasts well with the distressed wood-and-tin doors. I had to cut a few inches off each end of the rod to fit the opening and it was pretty difficult to cut and smooth the edges. The kit included all parts except the floor pieces

This hardware has caused us the biggest headache. My company lost a lot of money fixing various issues that this hardware has caused with a barn door project we installed. I did contact the company about the issue and while they were trying to be somewhat helpful they did try to blame the issue on my clients ceiling being unlevel. Hardware is high quality, but arrived with pictures on an installment manual (piece of paper). Pictures were insufficient to provide full understanding of how to install the Hardware. I installed the ceiling brackets at one inch from the wall with wall anchors provided as shown in the pictures. Turns out one inch is way too close to the wall and I could not hang the door without hitting the wall behind the door. I had to patch the wall anchor holes and move them farther away from the wall…

Looks great, works well. Had to mount on a piece of wood. The only caution is that it must be perfectly level or will drift open or closed.

Needed a rail system for a low hanging roof. This product was ideal as it attaches to the ceiling. Very smooth mechanism.

Extremely disappointed with how it actually looks in person. We ended up not using it and unfortunately it’s past the 30 day return time line. The bar is a lot thicker and the door hung down substantially just did not look good at all

Installation was a nightmare. Spacing doesn't line up for joists or studs. Cheap plastic anchors tore out. geometry unbalanced causing bottom to swing out.

The actual rod and wheels are nice.Base plate for the floor is cheap and weak.Biggest issue is the ceiling hardware, they expect you to hang a door with only plastic anchors - Absolutely pathetic… Be ready to add your own lags and wooded plate mount it too.

Love this! Wish it came in black but it is still very beautiful! Fairly easy to assemble! Needs better directions. That's my feedback.

I have a limited install area. Under three inches. Roller are 3 1/8th. Too big for my area. They are sharp looking. That's my feedback!

They give you plastic anchors, which are unsafe to use on the ceiling as they can't hold much weight. I was half way through install when some of the anchors got loose while screwing in, and thus making an unsafe connection to the ceiling mount.

I needed a ceiling mount because the doorway was low and next to an end wall (no continued wall to mount to. This product was a more stylish choice over the classic barn door hardware available, plus it was less expensive and quiet.

Limited options for this solution, tricky to install or modify but looks nice and operates smoothly once all dialed in.

I ordered 4 of these to hang as many doors. I returned these items a week after they arrived as they would not work with the way my doorways are constructed. That was 2 months ago and I still don't see the refund amount on my credit card for 2 of the items- and they are not cheep!
