They give you PLASTIC ANCHORS

The actual rod and wheels are nice.Base plate for the floor is cheap and weak.Biggest issue is the ceiling hardware, they expect you to hang a door with only plastic anchors - Absolutely pathetic… Be ready to add your own lags and wooded plate mount it too.
