BUY CEILING TOGGLES!

They give you plastic anchors, which are unsafe to use on the ceiling as they can't hold much weight.
I was half way through install when some of the anchors got loose while screwing in, and thus making an unsafe connection to the ceiling mount.

Pros

The track is not pre-drilled 16" holes,can not be used for studs wall

Cons

The hardware can be aesthetically unappealing to some
