My New English Ivy Trimmer

I needed a tool to gently pull out the English Ivy vines that are always trying to crawl under and over my old concrete block garage. I love the look of ivy and the way it covers an ugly wall (although ivy has been known to destroy walls). But it's an old garage with very thick walls and I have ivy on it. However, it is necessary to keep the ivy under control so that it does not ruin the roof of the garage. I've always been frustrated with trimming ivy because it was difficult to get trimmers under the vines attached to the walls. This tool is perfect for slipping under ivy so it detaches from the wall and can then be trimmed with hand trimmers. The job took half as long as usual and now I've removed a nice even line of ivy from the top of the garage where I usually ended up with a jagged ugly line at the top. I know this tool is for meat, but I highly recommend it to anyone who does ivy trimming on a regular basis.
