There are disadvantages, but the product is usable.
Put three of them in each computer in the office; however, they are quite loud. However, the issue can be resolved. I can't assert that a screw that isn't tightened properly does its function; everything else is just nitpicking.

Pros below:
Easy to install, adjustable speed, blows notably
Has cons:
no rubber gasket, noisy at high speeds, but of course effective
from 1500 rpm there is already a vibration
