The fact it's not overly tech-y, you don't need server or hosting - just copy paste your install file! I've used this plugin with many websites including an ecommerce site. It has never been buggy at all (it was literally designed from scratch specifically without compatibility issues). And so far there have always been great team members responding quickly whenever needed via slack and support ticket manager. Some customers like my team use commane as we are able to communicate freely within our organisation through comments. We also sometimes get questions as well which is perfect when solving technical problems. As above said; they're very friendly with no BS sales tactics whatsoever and do only what they say i'm sure most people would agree as well. It's easy enough for anyone with basic HTML knowledge, but it also gives you some very nice features like an option to show only comments from your friends or people who have commented before (this is great if you want more moderation). I don't think there are too many downsides either - they do offer free trials so try them out first! We're using this plugin as our main comment system across all platforms including mobile devices where we previously used Facebook Comments.
