Review on DEWALT DCS16250 2 Inch Gauge 🛠️ Finish: The Ultimate Precision Tool for Exceptional Finishing by James Baker

I insulate my locked booth. The problem I overlooked (and scolded myself for not catching it beforehand) is that the bottom needs to be insulated with R-30. This requires a 9 inch pocket between the floor joists. The problem is that I used 2 x 8 lumber for my floor joists, which only allows for 7 1/2 inches of pocket space. So what to do? Well I ordered some 2 x 2 x 8 plank strips and used these DEWALT DCS16250 2-1/2-attached 16 inch. Finish nails in my Metabo straight finish nail gun and was busy driving in 2x2 nails to extend all my floor joists to a 9 inch pocket. Having installed over 1500 finish nails I am pleased to report these Dewalt 2-1/The 2 inch nails have never jammed or snapped! They fixed my mistake quickly. The insulation is now OK and will pass the test. I would highly recommend these Dewalt 16 ga finishing nails.
