We installed these 18" apart above our garage opening to provide a sheltered generator location. The SS eyes are the anchor points for our double-hooking fasteners to hold up our sloping tarp, keeping our generator dry and no dangerous carbon monoxide because we are fully ventilated.

These bolts were the perfect add on for my Liberty hose reel. When my contractor hung my the Reel using these bolts it just dressed up the look of the whole product. To me it would be well worth paying a couple extra dollars for the bolts to be automatically included with the reel.

This product arrived on time and are strong quality. I used the in my community brick entrances to hang Christmas wreaths. Works and looks great.

ebay recommended these when I purchased a hose reel. Not sure why they recommend them, but they did. Items are metric and there is not installation instruct to tell you what size masonry bit to use. So I used what I had, 3/8" bit. Had to open the entrance of the hole so the anchor would go into the hole, a little small. Then drive anchor in with a hammer. Also cut about an inch off the sleeve before installing in block wall. It tightened up but would twist if I tried to tighten more. Got them…

Be careful! Very nice stainless steel product but the metric size may be a bit of a challenge considering most drill bits are SAE. Hopefully I had a unique situation in my masonry but had to do a little customizing

Based on my observations, these stainless steel bolts are the perfect addition to any construction project. The external hex makes for an easy installation, and the durability ensures a secure hold. As someone who needs their fasteners to be reliable, I appreciate the quality of these bolts. However, the pack size may be limiting for larger projects. Overall, a great choice for anyone in need of trustworthy industrial and scientific bolts.

Don’t use it for outside walls. Buy the type which has a stud coming out and uses a nut to secure the front instead of this one which has a bolt.

The 8MM anchor requires a 12mm hole in concrete to be secure. This is slightly larger than 7/16. Not having a 12MM percussion bit I used a 7/16 bit to drill into the concrete and "wobbled" it a bit as I was drilling down to create a slightly oversize hole. You have to be careful though as too much "wobble" will result in a slightly oversize hole which means grip strength will be reduced. If you need stainless and need to be able to take down what you have secured and not have a stud sticking up

Not happy with these screws, tried the first one and after opening up the hole the screws slipped, did not grip to the cement. Used regular concrete anchor and screws. Would not buy again.

I installed these a couple years ago along with steel cable and wire rope clamps for hanging 48' heavy duty string lights from my patio to 6' block wall. Although I take the lights down in October, they've held up fine through a few of our SoCal Santa Ana's whipping the lights around. These anchors have not budged, tarnished or let me down in any way. Would do it again.
