I bought these screws for my Kreg Mini Truck but the heads are too big. The product description doesn't mention 9/16" heads which would have been good to know before I bought them.

The heads snap off with little or no effort using a small 1/4" ratchet on the nut. Not recommended for anything that requires good clamping force. , The strut -to-head connection failed on the first two screws used.

Purchased to make jigs for Woodpecker Router and Drill Press tables. Their gauge is 1/2 inch but 11/16 inch. I'm not sure if this is a production variability but I think Powertec should specify the head width as they are designed to fit in a track. Most tracks require LESS than 1/2" head width. Otherwise they look very well made.

They worked very well on my Lund Sport Track mounting rail. They required a bit of grinding to get them fit. It wasn't a deal killer. 30 seconds on my desktop coffee grinder and they worked great. I'm giving 4 stars because I had to "modify" them to make them work. But the advert for these screws didn't say they would work with my Lund ST. So I knew what I was getting at. Very high quality product.

T-rails are fine, but they don't seem to slide as easily as the ones that come with the rails. I downgraded my rating from 5 to 3 stars after using T-Bolts for a day. I had to remove them to smooth the bottom edges on my bench grinder and also grind them on a spoked wheel. Now they glide well. They clung to the railing all day until I cleaned them.

bolts for use with T-rail clamps on my CNC machine. They work great so I bought the exact same 1" screws. According to the description, the "T" dimensions for inch bolts are exactly the same as for 1.5" bolts, but the latter bolts are too wide to fit. Apparently quality control isn't up to scratch. I've tried every inch of bolts in the bag and none of them fit, any 1 1/2" bolts are fine.

Sockets slightly oversized. So far, it's better not to rack your brains! I have four different tracks I use them on and they don't match any of them! The caterpillars also vary in size, being too wide for some and fat for others. It's annoying, but it's no big deal to touch the grinding wheel to adjust it. There's a lot of metal, so there's no loss of integrity. What makes me wonder is why that is. I have several other T-Bolts in the kit from Powertec and they work great on all my tracks with…

I need a longer T-Bolt for use with the Powertec Universal T-Bar. I use DCT 5 Star grips which I think are great but the screws that came with them weren't long enough for my application and sometimes their screws came out of the Powertec rail as they came out pretty loose.
