The ease to use this software has allowed my practice to grow without needing another staff member! I dislike that there are no reports available outside of your dashboard unless you go into each patient's individual page. This could be improved by having more functionality out in front end so it would not have to rely as much on going behind the scenes with an admin login which can sometimes time consuming. As far as being able to track everything from scheduling through claims processing all within one place, we enjoy how easy the navigation works between departments.
