waist is not "slim "
They fit my skinny son in the seat and hips as expected but NOT the waist. There are two elastic flexible buttons on the inside of the waistband which my son hates because he feels those buttons dig into his waist. We used the #6 buttonhole on each side for the inside buttons and the waist was STILL large! Also, the fabric was stiff and uncomfortable as others have said.

- We got it and my son said no. They are much shorter than in this photo and the edition is very small.
