This is shiny and sparkles in the light. Both men and women look good in it, I wear it myself sometimes and I really like it. I have several pieces from this brand and they are great pieces, I've never had a break or any problems and I wear them every day. No, it really isn't, and nobody cares - I get tons of compliments on them and both men and women like them. My biggest problem with them is that people just grab them, touch them, or grab them to check, which is uncomfortable. for me when pressed to my breast. Serious! But it tells me how much people like them, they reach for them without even thinking about having them on my chest lol. Even complete strangers do it, weird. but not a single person said anything about them being "fake or cheap", all just using the words "nice" and "where did you get that from?".
