I couldn't believe this thing cost over $50! But my kid figured that anything that can be unpacked on their own is definitely worth a month's work. Well, life is full of disappointments. And it certainly was one of them. The most exciting thing was that the box moved and shook a bit and then suddenly a few holes popped out and you could look inside. but then nothing. The gearbox that controls the "unpacking” failed and kept grinding and grinding, but the unpacking did not happen. We had to punch the rest of the holes ourselves, which essentially defeated the whole purpose. Now that the animal is out, there's nothing exciting about it that other voice-activated toys don't have, and they don't cost that much!
