Updated: About 4 months later there was a leak. Grohe lasted 10 years. Now I'm buying Grohe. I was hesitant to buy it as it wasn't made by Grohe and we didn't want our kitchen faucet running any longer than necessary. But for less than half the price, I took a chance. The quality seems really good - solid brass hardware and nice heavy steel - and installation was a breeze. It even came with plumbing tape. So far (a week) it works great. Very satisfied.
