I have 12 inches. Overall I give 3 points because when the hair first showed up it smelled pretty bad. Like mold, the chemical fishy smell of a wet dog. So I had to soak it in baking soda and apple cider vinegar and soak it in fabric softener. Buy if you are determined to get rid of the smell. When I soaked it, it got rid of the stiffness as well.
