Fun activity for older children 7-12. Too complex for younger children.

This is a fun activity for young children, but they ages 4-6 tired of it quickly. I think older children would appreciate the complex designs. Younger children - not so much, more simple designs with bigger markers would probably be better. Some of the markers did not work even during first use, which is my reason for only 3 stars.

  • There are great quality and really fun for my toddler who is learning letter recognition.
Cons
  • I like the easy clean up. Most of the markers came dried out so I had to go buy my own.

Send product out with Crayola Markers.

Better quality of markers required. I also bought the tablecloth. My 5 grandchildren loved both products but not all the markers washed off of tablecloth.

Great product, but you forgot to add the Great Lakes

Review by my 5 year old who loves geography-This is the best toy ever, but you forgot to add the Great Lakes on the USA map. That's my feedback.

Nice idea, bad markers

Good concept and the mats are sturdy and can keep a kid busy. The markers were dry and didn’t work well at all Thanks for attention.

Great quality and fun!

I bought these placemats for my grandsons when they came over for Thanksgiving dinner so that they would have something to enjoy doing. These are nice quality with 4 different designs. The markers are vibrant colors. The children loved them.

Keep your kitchen table clean and tidy.

I actually bought these for myself, they help me keep my kitchen table clean. And then I have a reference to location's when I'm listening to videos

No Markers on my review.

I gifted (and shipped) this to my nephew and the pads arrived without the markers. Would love to figure out how to send him the markers!

Nice idea but cheap markers

The placemats are great but the markers don’t write well. They are very watered down and more gets on your hand then the actual mat. They wash off the mat well but not your hands. I’ll need to buy different washable markers to use.

Missing markers best in my review

The mats were cute and my nephews and niece are excited to get coloring. The only negative was the package was ripped and the markers were missing. The exterior package was ok. I don’t have any pictures because it was sent directly to my sister-in-law but she told me. They are going to try the markers they have. A little fun activity during this time of quarantine.

Amazing quality on my review.

These have been a family favorite. We all sit at the table and color on them. The erasers come off the markers fairly easily but it's been fine. Some of the markers don't erase very well when it's on the mat for a bit but I just wipe the mats with a wet rag and they all come off. The durability and quality of the mats are so great. I want to purchase more for a variety for my kids ages.

Awesome! Not cheap and won’t crack!

Wet wash cloth wipes off easy if using washable crayons. Looks brand new every time! But don’t use regular crayons unless you want to scrub for longer than it took to color! This is so perfect for toddlers. They can learn numbers and letters and holding the crayon to write and draw in lines. It’s something we play with every single day and my 1, 5 and 14 year old all color on these together and it’s awesome to see them bond on something so small together.

Happy with purchase

Very good customer service. Our initial order was missing the markers, so they quickly sent out a new set to us. We are very pleased with how kind and prompt they were to thr issue. The product is very cool. My boys love coloring on it. And it is very durable.

Cool concept, but wrong type of markers

The "keep your kids occupied at the table" concept is great, however the execution of it failed. This kit comes with dry erase markers. Initially, I thought that was a good idea, because you can just wipe off the color when they're done coloring. However, some of the colors wipe off too easily (comes off while they're still coloring or when you're wiping them clean with a cloth) and others stick like crazy (I have to use the dry erase spray to get them off). They should have provided washable…
