Just arrived and not in a box or bag for protection. It arrived in a standard display box, which I found odd, but still. I brought it and installed it. I just checked my weight against the standard scales I've used for years and it was 18 pounds more! Later that day, just to confirm that this scale I ordered was wrong, I compared it to my weight on a standard medical scale and of course the scale I ordered was still very different. He continued to take weight readings (up and down by 10-20 pounds) throughout the same day. Very dissatisfied and now I have to suffer with his return and I have neither money nor time to show. Terrible product and service. unreliable
