(Edit: One of my bitches had to spend a week at the vet because she half-licked her stitches.) Sarcasm aside, BOTH my bitch's neutered spots are wet and the stitches are dissolving. This product will NOT prevent your dog from licking surgical sites. DO NOT BUY! Yes, I measured both necks and bought the right size. They have 13" and 14" necks and weigh 25 pounds so I went with 2 medium ones.
