Barely works. for my opinion
When I received it the box looked kind of destroyed and taped like it has been returned. The battery compartment was difficult to open and once the batteries were installed, the lights wouldn't stay on. I had to hold it while putting the star on the tree and then not move it or the lights would go out. Also some lights are dim, some bright. It's on my tree and looks OK but it's not great.
