Ankle weights best in my review
I needed to purchase new ankle weights as the straps on my well used ones finally ripped. I am now use to the 10 pounds on each ankle. I thought I had ordered a total of 10 pounds( 5 pounds for each ankle). Do check your selection carefully before placing order. The Velcro is strong and the strap is quite long- but I don’t have an issue with it.
- The PT told my husband to get these to wear on his wrist while eating to stop his hands from shaking.
- Can be cumbersome to put on and take off
