The product is the most common, it could be worse.

I have no complaints about the store, because I immediately threw out all the documentation and the box (this can never be done, a big mistake), which means that it was obviously impossible to return or exchange the chair, I didn’t even go to the store for it. In general, if this is a marriage, and apparently it is, after assembling the chair, carefully look at whether it is even, if not, then exchange it.

Pros

Ergonomically, the chair is comfortable, it is possible to adjust the backrest, seat position and height. It is comfortable to sit on it, including for a long time. BUT there are nuances, about them below.

Cons

Apparently, this is a marriage, I think so, but the fact remains - it was made crooked, the cutouts for the bolts are crooked, with the usual assembly of the seat seat, and accordingly the armrests are not even, the left edge is slightly lower than the right one (about 1.5 - 2 cm ) is palpable. I had to remove and throw out the plastic protection under the seat in order to insert additional washers between the seat and the bolts (to raise the left side). There was also a problem with the back, I had to insert additional washers for the back. As a result, I leveled it, but it should not be so.
