As the first 'wax' this product was easy to use and gave great results! The jar comes with a booklet with full instructions on how to use it correctly and why. I never felt like I didn't know what to do. I love how soft my skin feels after using Moom. Of course, my first attempts weren't perfect, but I understood why, as some hair types/stages/lengths work better for removal. I love that Moom is organic and contains ingredients that help soften skin and reduce irritation. All in all I would buy this product again and recommend it to everyone.
