This is a quality product in every way. First, the monitor treats my 43" LG monitor like a boss. The hand is very stiff, but still easy enough to manipulate.I don't have to tilt my neck up to see the top of the screen.The packaging is thoughtful,everything is clearly labeled and comes with assembly.To mount the vesa you will need a Phillips or flat head screwdriver.The only problem I had was mounting the monitor to a mount which is almost impossible because you do it blindly.Instead I mounted the top mount to the vesa mount then took the monitor and the top bracket and connected it to the bottom bracket.It was a little unwieldy due to the size of my monitor, but it's very easy to do it yourself . I wish it was listed as an option in the manual. If ergonomics are important to you, this is an easy buy.
