I read the reviews and as I had a previous set of Logitech speakers similar to these that lasted a few years I decided to give them a try. For what I need them for the price was good as they were only meant to be used on my desktop when I need background music (so sparingly) from Pandora or Youtube when I don't have my small TV also sparingly. The best choice for the money! Excellent sound for a small system, which is very nice - relatively uniform in frequencies.
