Works great. Here is the step-by-step guide for the installation. 1) disconnect the negative battery cable 2) remove the inner door panel. There is a screw on the bottom edge of the inside of the door. Two screws on the front edge of the door. The rest is held by clips. 3) The screws holding this drive are on the back of the black steel plate under the shroud you just removed. Remove the screws that secure the steel plate to the door panel. . There are two screws in the back half of the steel plate holding the parts from the inside and it is best not to remove these two screws. 4) You can try to remove the screws holding the drive in place, but you will most likely tear them off. When you turn the screw, it stays very tight and won't loosen when you move. The easiest way to remove these screws is to cut through the plastic the screws are attached to with wire cutters. You can then cut through and remove the screws themselves with the diagonal cutters. 5) You will need new screws to mount the new drive. You will need M4-0.7 x 16mm screws. You will also need washers. The drive has slots for three screws, but you only use two (like the original part) 6) Install the steel sheet and then the inner panel. Screws are attached to the original part. It will save you from sheer obscenity and very easily.
