Catalog360 has the right level of functionality for our organization. The interface is easy to navigate and I have been able to find what I need. The reports are easy to create and customize. The software is easy to use and not very expensive. Catalog360 is an excellent tool for a company that needs to have a good product database. It is easy to use and the staff is very helpful. The interface is a little clunky at times, but it is easy to get the hang of. You need to be able to work with a variety of customers and suppliers. There are many different types of users and they all have different needs. Catalog360 allows us to have a central product database, so all of our customers can access the same information. Also, it allows us to provide customer service to our customers on our website and in our warehouse.
