Disappointed with vacuums and floor care

Received this unit on December 7th, the hose has already snapped/torn. Of course, the return period expired 7 days before I discovered the tear in the hose. SUPER disappointed. Definitely not worth my money, the last device I kept for over 8 years is a device I only used 2 months.
