I bought it as a more or less versatile and lightweight lens for travel. 25mm on my crop (a6500) becomes the equivalent of 35mm on FF, which is my favorite FR for landscapes, portraits and subject matter. I was tempted by the combination of miniature size and price. In this sense, everything is cool. The lack of autofocus was not scary, because. Iβve been shooting not only photos, but also videos with mirrorless cameras for a long time. My camera has a focus peaking feature, so sharpness is always under control both on the screen and in the viewfinder. Unfortunately, the outer lens does not allow this lens to absorb enough light for an aperture value of 1.8, so I consider 5.6 and above to be its working value. Good bokeh without any visual features, which is very suitable for a standard reportage picture. In general, I advise everyone who wants an inexpensive 35 for a crop with a "non-spontaneous" but high-quality image to buy.
