We had problems with offline stuff like CBS online etc. I thought the main problem was an old HP computer I was using. I had a much newer Dell with more memory and an Intel I5 processor but wanted to add a graphics card with HDMI O/P output. Problem? It was small by chassis factor. I ordered a card that I liked and it didn't fit in the case. I ordered this card and bingo, fits perfectly. After installing it we used it and we have a perfect TV picture and all the shaking and dropouts we experienced before is gone.
