Review on Saucony Mens Omni Navy Citron by Michael Daniels

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Good support for hyperpronators. Comfortable fit. Poor durability.

Saucony was highly recommended to me as I do a lot of brisk/light jogging for exercise but I have a low foot and need extra support for over pronation. In that regard, these shoes are a delight. The support was solid, they fitted well and were comfortable out of the box. Unfortunately, they don't offer much in terms of pillows. This is a very difficult step. It wasn't necessarily a deal breaker for a walker, but real runners might hate it. However, where the shoe really fails is in durability. After only 3 weeks of daily outdoor use on concrete and asphalt paths, an average of 7-8 miles per day, the soles of the shoes under the balls of the toes are completely destroyed. Path. The sole wears out so quickly. For these reasons I would give this shoe a C at best, tending towards a C-. I probably won't buy again.
