Received as shown has metal arm (not the same plastic knobs), extra tips and various screw adapters/washers for several types of mixers. I've been using this faucet thread for years. I remember many years ago there was only one supplier of this and it's a bit expensive. Happy with this purchase. UPDATE: I actually ordered another one. I like to take it with me on trips with small tongs. What was surprising was that tap threads were the same in Spain. It bothered me, but I think they're universal. TIP: If you are unhappy with the power of the water jet, just try enlarging the hole at the tip. Just increase it little by little, otherwise if you make the hole too big, it will become too strong. UPDATE: After 3 years of use I'm still happy with it, but after running it with very hot water (I use it to clean the sink sometimes) the seal inside the valve has deteriorated and is now leaking. So it's time to buy a new one. The discounted price plus Prime Day was spot on for a replacement. The downside is you can't open the valve to fix it. UPDATE: My third order had a small problem and the support team helped and solved the problem. I have an amazing faucet with a small replaceable water filter (18+mm). I have to use the nylon adapter that came with it, but the threads are thinner than the bypass valve so it leaks. There are several adapters to fix this and finally with double adapters and hand tightening. It takes a little longer, but it works.
