The team was very professional in their approach to solving our business problems; they were able to offer us solutions that we could not find anywhere else (or couldn't afford). They are extremely knowledgeable about technology but also have excellent people skills which makes them easy for clients/customers too connect emotionally as well. We had some challenges getting used to working together since both companies operate out from different countries - it took time to get comfortable communicating remotely via email or even Skype! I would definitely recommend this firm because everything went smoothly throughout my experience there so far. Their work ethic has been great through all stages of project implementation including after launch when things aren’t going perfectly without any issues at hand. Our organization needed help implementing processes into new software platforms and integrating those tools seamlessly within existing applications such as Salesforce CRM platform.
