I'll start with the cons. It's much easier to set up this dehumidifier with an Android phone. It literally walks you through the WiFi setup process and you will be successful. Once you set it up, any Apple or Android phone can control dehu. If you have an apple, you will have bad times. The instructions are difficult to follow and the app doesn't help. Second, the drain hose pigtail will leak/drip after you disconnect the drain line no matter how many times you clean the pump. I would recommend something that you attach to a shipping tube. Now the advantages of solid build, it seems like cars cost a lot more. Bright, clear, easy-to-read display. Works as it should and is quiet. After connecting dehu to Wi-Fi, the application is easy to use and works remotely. I was able to view data from the office instead of constantly visiting my desk. I can remotely see gpp in and out, temp and control, cleaning and power. I can also ping dehu to make sure I'm on the right machine for a large multi-device job or find what's missing. Overall I would give the dehumidifier 5/5. As the app is difficult to set up and halves the appeal of the car, I'll give it a 4/5 until the installation process is improved or the instructions are changed.
