Bought based on a Zeos review and I am very happy with it. There are other great speaker options at this price point, but I definitely like these. The tweeters are very crisp and clear, but not overly harsh. They perform well. I like them a lot for movies and they are good for music. They sound fine without a subwoofer, but they definitely benefit from one. They are effective and you can crank them louder than I ever want to hear. I like that the speaker grilles are magnetic so they look clean without them, although the copper woofers can be distracting if the grilles are left on. bright! what have I done?!" But after about 10 hours of listening they softened and after 30 they were perfect. Now my subwoofer sounds dirty and I'm thinking about upgrading it too. oh brother.
