I have had a benchtop waterer for many years and it does the job perfectly. For ease of use I think the table top is the way to go, the attachment slides between my teeth very easily and I can clean my whole mouth without filling the container. I wanted a portable irrigator that I can take with me when I travel and I would buy any brand of portable irrigator until I read about battery issues if you overcharge. I am very glad that I bought this product instead of him. It costs 1/3 the cost of the Irrigator brand and lasts a long charge. It has a powerful spray, I only use level 2. There is a learning curve, compared to a tabletop irrigator it is bulky and cumbersome at first. I have to fill the tank twice but it takes ten seconds so it's not a problem. Also, the unit is disassembled so you can let it dry completely, which I like. I don't think I can fully clean my teeth because it's more difficult to use. However, I think that whatever type of irrigator you choose is a great tool for a healthier mouth, especially for those of us with crowns etc. I think it would be very easy to lose the charging port cap, as by As other reviewers mentioned, it's a shame Nursal didn't have tape on the cover, but for the price I can't complain. For everyday home use I prefer the desktop type, but for travel this machine works well.
