This ring seems to be really helping my arthritis in my hand. I also bought a friend and she thinks it helped her too. It's a little difficult to turn on and off. I used a butter knife to open it and pliers to close it to the right fit. Once you get the size it should be great. I've had it for about a month now and I never take it off so all the gold has faded and some of the copper but I'll be happy even if it's all silver.
