The piston has already failed in less than two weeks. Annoying to have to constantly adjust the height. TO UPDATE! 10/29/21 A few weeks after my first review, the seller contacted me and offered to exchange the chair. I accepted their offer and got a new chair today. Im impressed that they contacted me first and try to fix everything. I will try the new chair (piston) and upgrade later.
