Review on DreamHost by Jason Chaplain

The most notable part of working with Dreamhost has been their amazing support team! I can't say enough wonderful things about them as they have helped many times over when we needed help or clarification between billing/support teams at various points during our relationship. They really are awesome people who take great care not only in providing quality products but also taking time out after hours every day (and multiple days per week) just so someone doesn't feel like an idiot when you're helping out of your personal spareness. It's hard being able to find anything negative here - especially considering how much more professional it feels overall than any other host that i've used before this one including DigitalOcean- which was very nice too. We had some issues getting everything setup correctly from DNS etc.- all from lack understanding what exactly certain features did versus others because there weren't clear instructions available online.- Once those were figured out though its worked flawlessly since then without issue. I have used Dreamhost for over 12 years now, and they are always reliable and fast. They also offer great customer support. The only thing I disliked about them was that they were a bit expensive compared to other hosts we've tried. We have been very happy with Dreamhost so far. Their customer support has been fantastic. We have never had any issues with our site or account going down, nor have we ever encountered any downtime.
