The San Jamar FP9248FL EZ Chill Stainless food storage container is a great solution for any food service business... My analysis of this product showed that it is sturdy, easy to CLEAN, and can store a large amount of food. The insulation keeps the food at a safe temperature for up to four hours. The only con is that it is a bit heavy when full, but this is a small price to pay for an otherwise excellent product..
