This is the brand's 19th extinct lamp! bought 1/10/2019 a total of 56 lights that were installed during the home remodel and I am actually a contractor as I own a construction company and each light was installed by electricians who work for me as subcontractors like in Texas. First we asked the manufacturer to exchange them and even then we were told that the headlights had a defect in the dimmer system of the products. Before we had problems with our personal fixtures, electricians installed the same fixtures on multiple renovations for our clients. So let's talk about dollar and cent grand totals. My personal lights are 56 to be exact 874.95 tax 72.19 total 947.14 total installation cost 1120.00 so those cheap lights in the first round cost me 2067.14 on top of the 12 I had to buy again because tired of the manufacturer's excuses, i tried their product again like an idiot and now spent another 240.00 to get 119.06 in addition to 12 (109.99 + 9.07) 12 (109.99 + 9, 07) 119.06 to install and replace which I bought on 01/24/20 to replace 12 that had failed after the first 6 but I did not pay to install 120.00. I had to pay to reinstall them, so my advice is NOT BUT THEY BECAUSE THEY ARE A "GOOD THING". Take that from a contractor who has already had to reimburse our client for the full cost of the lighting plus installation costs and no, we're not a multi-million dollar company. We simply respect our work, even when it comes to defective products. Fortunately, our customers understood the situation, especially after I showed them my own house. Now my question to the manufacturer. Will you wait for him to burn my house down for 475,000.00 before you do anything from us, I'll wait for that to happen and then you get a multimillion dollar lawsuit if someone gets hurt? Time to recall the product, right?
