Review on 5-Inch Medium Winco Cheese Slicer with Cast Aluminum Blade by Jill Foster

Broke after 3.5 years of regular use (5 days a week). It seems like most people have a broken cutting wire, but for us it was one of the brass nuts on the adjustment screws that hold the reel in place (see picture). We adjusted the thickness when we first got it and when the screw came loose, which wasn't very often, I'm surprised it broke. This is very bad because if the wire breaks I could order a replacement wire. . Since the brass nut broke there is no replacement available so I have to order a brand new cheese slicer. Can't complain too much because we got a lot of it, but still. In addition, it is a fairly safe and reliable cut for cheese. I liked it so much that I will order a replacement.
