OK, but not as good as Knipex
These pliers "wobble" a little, ie the loop is not as precise as it could be with comparable Knipex pliers like this one: https://www.amazon.com/Knipex-2622200SBA -Winkel- Zangen -Comfort/dp/B003RWS97Y/ It's definitely enough for occasional use, and the price is right. If you really need an accurate tool, spend the extra money and buy Knipex.
