No missing parts (read product description), works great!
My original Philips Sonicare (first generation) finally died after a few years so I bought this as a replacement. I've seen comments about missing parts but if you read the product description it's definitely NOT a missing part. The kit comes with one nozzle, although there are two slots in the package. The leaflet is probably intended for use with several different sets of brushes and this one clearly comes with one as described. The box was still sealed at the factory, all in plastic. No problem, works great and I love the color!
