Holds lots of bulky scarves!

I have a pair of these to fit a large stack of bulky and non-bulky scarves. They are really strong and the hook is a twisted piece from the top bar. The rings are covered in what appears to be twisted jute-like material. I wasn't too keen on it at first, but after realizing that the texture makes scarves stick really well, I was happy with it. I found that once my scarves were tied, they didn't slip off as easily. When the scarves are loaded it's nice if they aren't scattered all over the place and the hanger feels solid enough to support the weight.
