I loved this keyboard. It’s everything I wanted. Then the keys stopped working. I was clicking on them and it was like the keyboard had disconnected. I reached out to tech support and they sent me to the seller. The seller basically just said the key cap has something blocking it after I explained that I had already checked. They sent me back to customer support. I am getting a refund after I send the item back, but did I really need three different people making me feel stupid to get to that point? Probably not.So, in conclusion. The product is amazing when it works, but this seller is blasé and dismissive. Take that how you will.
